Rajshree is the daughter of Avdhut Madhav Mhatre, a vegetable vendor, and Sunanda Avdhut Mhatre, who sells fish at the local market in Mumbai's suburb, Kandivali. Along with her younger sister, the four of them have their own world, taking care of each other.
